U-825 left Kiel under the command of Gerhard Stoelker on 13th Dec 1944 and arrived at return on 16th Dec 1944 after three days.

On the 27th Dec 1944, U-825 left Horten under the command of Gerhard Stoelker and after one day arrived at return on 28th Dec 1944.

U-825 departed under Gerhard Stoelker from Kristiansand on 29th Dec 1944 and arrived at return on 18th Feb 1945 after over seven weeks.
Gerhard Stoelker hit two ships on this patrol and both of them were in convoy, both of them were from convoy HX-332.-
On 27th Jan 1945 he damaged the American 7,198 ton Ruben Dario, sailing with convoy HX-332.

On 27th Jan 1945 he fatally damaged the Norwegian 8,262 ton Solør, a member of convoy HX-332.
