U-95 left Kiel under the command of Gerd Schreiber on 20th Nov 1940 for operations in the North Atlantic and arrived at return on 6th Dec 1940 after over two weeks.
Gerd Schreiber hit three ships on this patrol, two of these ships were in convoy: One was from convoy HX-90 and one was from convoy OB-248.

On 6th Sep 1941 he sank the Panamanian 434 ton Trinidad.
| 19.11.1941 - 28.11.1941 Seventh Sailing
U-95 left Lorient under the command of Gerd Schreiber on 19th Nov 1941 for operations in the North Atlantic before being transferred to the Mediterranean and arrived at return on 28th Nov 1941 after just over one week.

| Notes for U-95 | U-95 was given the order to transfer to the Mediterranean on 22nd November 1941, and passed through Gibraltar on 26th November. At 0050 on 28th November U-95 was torpedoed and sunk by the Dutch submarine HNetMS O 21 (Lt Cdr J F van Dulm) SW of Almeria (Spain) in position 36.24N/03.20E. 35 crew were killed, 12 were rescued including KL Schreiber.
