Operations information for U-146
17.06.1941 - 14.07.1941 First Sailing - active patrol U-146 left Kiel under the command of Otto Ites on 17th Jun 1941 and arrived back at Kiel nearly four weeks later on 14th Jul 1941. Otto Ites hit one ship on this patrol. On 28th Jun 1941 he sank the Finnish 3,496 ton Pluto.
26.07.1941 - 11.08.1941 Second Sailing - active patrol On the 26th Jul 1941, U-146 left Kiel under the command of Otto Ites and returned to Kiel on 11th Aug 1941 after over two weeks on patrol.
