18.05.1942 - 30.05.1942 First Sailing - active patrol U-153 left Kiel under the command of Wilfried Reichmann on 18th May 1942 and arrived at Lorient on 30th May 1942 after more than one week.
06.06.1942 - 13.07.1942 Second Sailing - active patrol On the 6th Jun 1942, U-153 left Lorient under the command of Wilfried Reichmann. The boat was lost on 13th Jul 1942. Wilfried Reichmann hit three ships on this patrol. On 25th Jun 1942 he sank the British 5,268 ton Anglo Canadian. On 27th Jun 1942 he sank the American 6,085 ton Potlatch. On 29th Jun 1942 he sank the American 4,833 ton Ruth.
