U-192 left Kiel under the command of Werner Happe on 13th Apr 1943 and arrived at return on 6th May 1943 after over three weeks.
At 1315 HRS on 21st Apr 1943 in square AE 67, U-192 came under attack from an aircraft of RAF 190 Squadron.
