U-263 left Kiel under the command of Kurt Nölke on 27th Oct 1942 and arrived at La Pallice on 29th Nov 1942 after more than four weeks.
Kurt Nölke hit two ships on this patrol and both of them were in convoy, both of them were from convoy KMS-3.-
On 20th Nov 1942 he sank the British 5,132 ton Grangepark, sailing with convoy KMS-3.

On 20th Nov 1942 he sank the Norwegian 7,244 ton Prins Harald, a member of convoy KMS-3.
