Lighthouse Tender (Speedwell)�1,130 tons

This was the only Lighthouse Service vessel lost during the war.� U-161 had spent all torpedoes and therefore attacked and sank the Acacia with 68 rounds 10.5 centimetre incendiary and explosive shells, 92 rounds 3.7 centimetre shells and 70 rounds 2.0 centimetre shells.
