Kriegsmarine Quadrant Converter

In the course of our research we have needed to convert Quadrants into latitude and longitude. So far I have calculated 131,544 of these squares. This represents only a small proportion of the reported squares one will find in KTBs and FTs, most are for the waters closest to Germany. The number of squares handled will increase as time allows.
